• Prices listed on the website are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final pricing, availability, and delivery details will be confirmed upon order via our official channels (Facebook, SMS, or phone).
• WawaWings reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Payment terms (cash on delivery, GCash, etc.) will be communicated during order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Meetup

• Delivery availability depends on your location and our current operating hours.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, volume of orders).
• WawaWings is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery riders or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Food Safety and Allergens

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen environment. While we take every precaution to maintain food safety and hygiene, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, or nuts. Customers with known food allergies are advised to inform us before ordering. WawaWings is not liable for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose food sensitivities.

6. Refunds and Complaints

• If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos as evidence.
• Refund or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of WawaWings after reviewing the complaint.
• No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind cancellations after the order has been prepared.
